Cyber Security Analyst

You will be joining Re:Sources, the backbone of Publicis Groupe, a leading communications group. With a team of 5,000+ professionals, we provide essential business services and technology solutions to a global network of advertising, PR, media, healthcare, and digital marketing agencies. Your role will involve understanding and developing accurate security design plans, mitigating risks, and creating standard operating procedures. You will work with various technology platforms, collaborate with different groups, and ensure compliance with security risk assessments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand business security requirements and develop accurate design plans with risk mitigation solutions. - Possess a broad technical and deep security-based background. - Create easy-to-understand standard operating procedures from highly technical requirements. - Collaborate with various technology platforms and interface with different groups within the organization. - Complete assigned IT security risk assessments and compliance audits. - Support investigation and resolution of security incidents. - Work with vendors to support SIEM technology and administer SIEM tools. - Monitor and respond to alerts from SIEM systems and other technologies. - Follow incident response processes and escalate events as needed. - Experience with XDR/EDR tools like SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, etc. **Skill Requirements:** - Proficiency in SIEM, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), Blue Teaming, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence. - 2+ / 4+ years of experience in the security domain. **Personal Attributes:** - Strong problem-solving skills and innovative approach to finding solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated working style with ownership of problem resolution. - Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks. - Experience in creating effective documentation with remote teams. **Education:** - Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree. **Preferred Certifications:** - CEH, CompTIA Security +, AWS Security, CCSP.
