Cybersecurity & Compliance

Role: Cybersecurity Associate

📍 Location: Bengaluru

1–3 Years

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in

  Cybersecurity / IT Audit / Risk & Compliance

• Hands-on experience with

  SOC / SOC 1 / SOC 2 frameworks

  (Mandatory)
• Exposure to

  ITGC & ITAC controls

• Familiarity with

  HITRUST, ISO 27001

  , or similar compliance standards
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls, risk assessments, and control testing

Key Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity, SOC, and IT control assessments
• Assist in evaluating ITGC, ITAC, and application controls
• Identify control gaps and support remediation planning
• Work on compliance engagements aligned with SOC, ISO, HITRUST
• Document findings, prepare reports, and support audit deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field
• Certifications such as

  CISA / CISSP / CISM / ISO Lead Implementer

  (good to have)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
