Job Description

  • The CX Promotions Specialist is responsible for planning, creating and executingpromotional campaigns that enhance client engagement and drive participation acrosskey programs
  • This role bridges client experience, communication strategy and eventmanagement, ensuring every client touchpoint; from onboarding to offboarding; isseamless, on-brand and impactful
  • The ideal candidate combines creative marketing skills with strong coordination and execution abilities, managing both digital campaign workflows and live event logistics with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute promotional campaigns across email, WhatsApp, anddigital platforms to drive event participation and engagement
  • Build, test and deploy HubSpot workflows to automate client journeys, reminders,and communication touchpoints
  • Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to create campaign collaterals suchas posters, videos, dashboards, QR codes and links
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars to ensure timely rollouts for all programsand milestones
  • Execute milestone-based campaigns including onboarding, payment reminders,feedback collection and certificate delivery
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and attendanceoutcomes using dashboards and CRM tools
  • Support end-to-end execution of both virtual and physical events, ensuring smoothdelivery and coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams on event logistics including registration, scheduling,trainer coordination and client invites
  • Manage pre-event preparation such as slides, workbooks, and dashboards, as wellas post-event tasks including feedback, certificates and follow-up communication
  • Maintain a monthly events calendar and align all promotional and operational deliverables accordingly
  • Work on select weekends (1-2 times a month) during key events, withcompensatory off provided
  • Ensure all promotional content aligns with brand tone, values and overall clientexperience goals
  • Create engaging and visually appealing communication touchpoints that enhancethe client journey
  • Collect client feedback after events and use insights to refine future campaigns andevent strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Coaching, Delivery, and Design teams to maintain accurateand consistent messaging
  • Maintain detailed logs for campaigns, HubSpot workflows and event reports
  • Monitor participation and engagement dashboards to evaluate campaigneffectiveness
  • Identify gaps in campaign execution and recommend processimprovements to enhance outcomes

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coordination and project management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Basic design sense for reviewing creative collaterals
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in promotions, CRM campaign management or eventcoordination
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
