As a CX & Operations Associate, you will be at the heart of Eleqt’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, booking management, and seamless service execution. This role requires strong operational discipline, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will work directly with the operations and founding team to manage bookings, coordinate fleet & chauffeurs, handle client relations, and continuously improve service quality.
▪ Manage daily ride operations, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, and premium service delivery.
▪ Handle customer experience (CX) through proactive communication, support, and issue resolution.
▪ Coordinate with chauffeurs, fleet partners, and vendors to ensure operational readiness.
▪ Monitor service quality metrics, ride feedback, and customer satisfaction scores.
▪ Monitor trips, fleet performance, and service standards, maintain operational reports.
▪ Support corporate accounts, event mobility, and VIP bookings with tailored solutions.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, growth, partnerships) to optimize workflows.
▪ Assist in process automation, reporting, and operational scaling initiatives.
▪ Represent the brand in high-touch client interactions to maintain Eleqt’s premium standard.
▪ Graduate in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related fields.
▪ Experience (1–3 years) in operations, mobility, hospitality, or customer experience roles.
▪ Prior exposure to mobility startups, event management, or travel operations is a plus.
▪ Strong communication, people management, and customer service skills.
▪ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or operations tools is a plus.
▪ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
▪ Passion for mobility, sustainability, and premium service delivery.
