Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Chat & Email Process. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries via chat and email, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat and email professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to complaints and queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Email and Chat Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
