To fuel our growth, we’re looking for a Trainer who loves empowering teams, building confidence, and shaping talent into high performers. If you have experience training new joiners in an e-commerce setup, this role is made for you! 🔑 What You’ll Do Design and deliver structured training programs for new joiners and existing staff across e-commerce functions. Create engaging learning content (SOPs, presentations, videos, role-plays, workshops). Train teams on Shopify, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk, Gorgias), order management, and customer service. Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and build tailored learning solutions. Conduct refresher trainings and performance improvement sessions. Maintain a knowledge base for easy access to guides and resources. Measure training effectiveness, track KPIs, and report on employee progress. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Trainer in the e-commerce industry. Strong knowledge of Shopify, CRM tools, and customer service workflows. Excellent communication, presentation & people-management skills. Creative in designing interactive training modules. Hands-on knowledge of order fulfillment, dispute resolution & customer experience. Analytical approach to measure training outcomes and ROI.
