👩‍💼 Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Email Process 🏢 Organisation: Ecombirds 📍 Work Mode : Hybrid [Morning Shift (4 hours)In-Office | Evening Shift (4 hours)Work from Home ] 🕒 Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000/month [ On exceeding targets consistently while maintaining QA performance, salary will be revised to 17 K - 18 K / Month ] 📅 Training: 1 Month (Full-Time; In-Office) 📌 Commitment of Work Duration : Minimum 6 months About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our International Email Support process. The role involves managing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience via email. This is not a voice process – you’ll focus solely on written communication through emails. Work Schedule: First Month (Training): Full-time from office (1 month training period). Post Training: Morning Shift (Office): 4 hours – Target: 20 emails/hour Evening/Night Shift (Home): 4 hours – Target: 25 emails/hour Key Responsibilities: Respond to international customer emails accurately and promptly. Maintain high quality and adherence to company SOPs. Meet daily and monthly performance targets (emails/hour + QA scores). Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Maintain a professional tone in all communications. Requirements: Good written English communication skills. Typing speed & accuracy (essential for meeting targets). Basic computer skills and ability to multitask. Prior customer support experience preferred but not mandatory. Salary & Performance Incentive: Starting Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience & skills). Performance Review: If you meet or exceed targets consistently and maintain QA performance, salary will be revised to ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
