Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Team Lead located in India. The Customer Support Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient handling of support inquiries. Responsibilities include managing customer support staff, providing technical support, analyzing support metrics, and continuously working to improve support processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
Outstanding Communication skills for clear and effective interactions
Experience in providing Technical Support
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
Ability to work on-site in India
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
