Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing strong analytical skills to resolve issues. This role requires working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
