Customer Support Executive

About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented assistance across multiple channels (email, chat, phone, or social media).

You’ll collaborate closely with our operations, product, and sales teams to ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and delighted.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve processes
• Uphold company values and represent the brand positively in all interactions

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot) is a plus
