About the Role

Infinity Education is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage student support regarding our UG/PG online education programs. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring learners have a smooth academic experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for student queries
  • Assist students with course selection, enrollment process, and academic guidance
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-ups of support tickets
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions, Academics, Operations) to address concerns
  • Share learner feedback to help improve course and service quality
  • Represent Infinity Education with professionalism and empathy

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to manage student concerns patiently
