Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Customer Support position. The Customer Support specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer assistance, handling technical support inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The specialist will also collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience and improve service protocols.
