What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs & calls
• Assist customers with order tracking, size queries, returns, and more
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely resolutions
• Maintain records of customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident in shopping with Malverra

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A calm, polite, problem-solving mindset
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or customer service is a plus
• Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Fluency in English & Hindi
