Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata
Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Eligibility & Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation (any stream)
  • Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Resolve complaints and ensure proper follow-up
  • Record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
  • Follow company communication guidelines and scripts
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach
  • Make follow-up, feedback, and confirmation calls
