Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or e-commerce support.
  • Strong understanding of

    order management systems

    (Uniware, delivery panels, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, operations, and finance teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
