Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Experience Manager who will be responsible for managing customer journeys, ensuring smooth order flow, and resolving issues across multiple touchpoints. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, process knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or e-commerce support. Strong understanding of order management systems (Uniware, delivery panels, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, operations, and finance teams. Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
