Job Description

We are looking for a driven and hands-on individual to lead customer support operations and coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. The role also involves conducting regular audits, identifying defects or process gaps, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Google Sheets and Excel (including basic formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, and SUMIF), and should be ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.


The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, store operations, or audit roles, along with strong communication and follow-up skills. Being detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven is key to succeeding in this role. A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.


This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The role offers ownership from Day 1, a fast-paced learning environment, and exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams.
