This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune, India. Applicants must currently reside in Pune or be willing to relocate.

✅ Your Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via email and live chat, providing timely and effective support.
• Address inquiries related to gameplay, account management, technical issues, and promotions.
• Collaborate closely with Payment, Risk, and Fraud teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute proactively to enhancing customer experience.
• Support team members in daily tasks and activities.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer-first attitude.
• Suggest practical improvements to enhance business processes.

👀 What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in customer support, tech support, or live chat roles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Passion for gaming or a strong interest in online poker (no need to be a pro).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly connect the dots across different issues and systems.
• Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
• Effective collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and a quick learner.
• An innovative mindset for improving operational processes.

🥇 Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support within the online gaming or gambling industry is highly desirable.
