Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various channels—calls, emails, and chats. You will ensure prompt and effective resolution of queries, concerns, and feedback while upholding Protyze's service standards and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about Protyze products, orders, returns, and delivery status.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up on open issues to ensure complete resolution.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams for service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer support role preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Good typing speed and familiarity with basic computer tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,998.01 - ₹29,085.79 per month
