Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients and end-users for follow-ups, clarifications, and assistance on ongoing internal and client projects. Receive inbound calls and address customer queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using internal CRM and communication tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and efficient communication loops. Participate in client discussions (as required) to provide support insights and user feedback. Attend knowledge transfer and training sessions during initial weeks at our office, as needed. Be available to visit the office occasionally for meetings or support coordination when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish-speaking proficiency will be a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-friendly attitude. Prior experience in a customer support or telecalling role is preferred. Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities remotely. Comfortable with night shift timings (PST hours).
