Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints related to their warranty claims through inbound voice and email.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively

Preferred candidate profile

  • HSC / Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months of experience or

    graduate fresher only.

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Linguistic - Telugu, Tamil, Kannada are also considered
