Customer Support Representative

Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative in this leading BPO organization, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions will be crucial. Additionally, providing information about products and services to customers and escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department for further assistance will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. - Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide information about products and services to customers. - Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for further assistance. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. - Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts). - Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
