Roles and Responsibilities

  • INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

  • Excellent English communication needed

  • 2 way cabs provided

  • CTC-Freshers 19k in hand experienced 23k in hand


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
