Roles and Responsibilities

INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
Excellent English communication needed
2 way cabs provided
CTC-Freshers 19k in hand experienced 23k in hand

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless communication.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
