: 4+ years of experience in International voice process (BFSI knowledge Mandatory)

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication in EnglishWe are looking for an experienced Customer Support Benefit Support Executive to handle international voice interactions for our BFSI clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-first attitude, and hands-on experience managing complex customer queries in the insurance or financial domain.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls related to insurance, banking, or financial services
Provide benefit support and resolve customer issues with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain process compliance and adhere to quality standards
Document customer interactions and follow up on pending cases
Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolution of escalated queries
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service delivery metrics

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
Experience in BFSI voice processes (Insurance / Banking / Finance) is mandatory
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 4+ years of experience in international voice processes
Must have worked in BFSI (Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services)
Graduation is mandatory
Willing to work in US rotational shifts
