Role Overview:

The Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice) will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls and chats, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries. The role focuses on delivering a high standard of service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies while handling a high volume of daily interactions. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and chats professionally.
Deliver excellent service as per company policies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage 100-150 chats/calls per day.

Requirements:

Education
: Minimum 2nd PUC or Graduation
Experience
: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Languages:

Mandatory
: English & Hindi (Fluent)
Additional regional languages are a plus
