Job Description

We are hiring for a leading consumer internet company operating multiple digital platforms across hyperlocal services and mobile applications in India.

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka (Candidates from Chennai and Hyderabad can apply)

Experience : 5 to 8 Yrs

Role & responsibilities:

Manage and mentor customer support teams to ensure high performance
Drive customer satisfaction and improve service quality
Monitor and improve TAT, ticket resolution, and escalation handling
Implement and optimize support processes and SLAs
Handle priority issues and ensure timely escalations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Use data and reports to identify gaps and improve operations
Experience in ground-level operations is required

Key Skills:

5 to 8 years experience in Customer Support / Customer Operations
Experience managing support teams
Exposure to B2C apps or multiple products is a big plus
Hands-on experience with Freshdesk (preferred) or similar tools
Good communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
