Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Intern to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to kickstart a career in SaaS, customer support, or customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, and support tickets
  • Assist users with issues related to account access, call reports, or panel usage
  • Accurately update ticket statuses and maintain customer records using Zoho Desk
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Contribute to documentation of FAQs and standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn support tools
  • Interest in SaaS, customer experience, or tech-enabled services
  • Availability for full-time internship (Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts)
