Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding US mortgage products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' queries related to loan processing, payment schedules, and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance by adhering to performance metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-10 years of experience in an international BPO environment with a focus on customer support or voice process operations.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing processes, including loan origination systems (LOS) like Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU) & Loan Origination System (LOS).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various channels (phone/email/chat).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
