Option 1: International Customer Operations (Jaipur) Qualification: 12th pass with excellent English communication skills CTC: 27,000 to 38,000 (Depending on interview performance) Benefits: 14 days of hotel accommodation & relocation assistance up to 10,000 Option 2: Customer Service Executive (Indore) Qualification: 12th pass with excellent English communication skills CTC: 16,000 to 30,000 (Depending on interview performance) Option 3: International Voice Sales Support Specialist (Work from Office - Ahmedabad) Starting CTC: 38,000 per month Maximum CTC: 44,000 per month Requirements: Minimum 1 year of documented experience (Offer letter and Experience letter mandatory) Option 4: International Chat - Service Process (100% Non-Voice) WFO/WFH-Hybrid Work From Office for the first 6 months at the Ahmedabad site. After this period, the company will assess your ability to work independently before approving work-from-home. Starting CTC: 23,200 per month Maximum CTC: 32,000 per month Housing benefit: 6,000 per month during on-site work. This benefit will not apply once you transition to remote work. Profile: International Customer Operations - Voice/Chat Process (Role assignment depends on interview performance) Role & Responsibilities: As an Online Chat Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live chat support. Your primary responsibility is to address customer queries and issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat, promptly and accurately addressing their concerns. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent written communication skills in English.
