Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to telecom services (e.g., mobile, broadband, DTH). Resolve customer queries, billing issues, and service complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide information about products, services, plans, and promotions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Meet performance metrics including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. Stay updated with the latest telecom products, services, and policies. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Patience and a positive attitude in handling irate customers. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent. Preferred: Graduate in any discipline. Fresher or 02 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role, preferably in the telecom sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate with experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply. Please bring the original physical copy of any of your identification documents for verification. B.TECH , B.Sc, Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.
