Job Description

Hiring for Broadband Services Voice

Process: International Broadband / Technical Support (Voice )

Location: [Malad ]

Salary: 22,000 30,000 (Take Home) + Performance Incentives

Job Role:

Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via voice.
Assist customers with broadband, connectivity & account-related issues.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Upsell relevant services & features when required.
Maintain customer records & follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) mandatory
Comfortable with rotational shifts & week offs
Immediate joiners preferred
