Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
  • Maintain call quality, professionalism, and productivity
  • Update internal systems with call details
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English or any South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada)
  • Strong listening skills and patience while dealing with customers
  • Basic computer and typing knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
