Job Title: Business Development Manager – New Client Acquisition (Staffing) Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Chennai Industry: Staffing / Recruitment Services (IT & Non-IT) Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand our staffing business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in staffing sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of bringing in new accounts. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for staffing and recruitment services. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and online channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Directors). Understand client requirements and present customized staffing solutions. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery on client needs. Negotiate commercials, finalize contracts, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
