You will be working as a Customer Support Executive at Vaani Infosystems Pvt Ltd located in Gurgaon sec-18, phase-4, Udyog Vihar, Haryana. The salary range for this role is between 25k to 30k (in-hand), and the shift timing is from 9.30 am to 6.30 PM from Monday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities: - Handling Outbound calls effectively. - Following up on leads daily to ensure timely responses. - Adhering to approved workflows while addressing customer inquiries. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
