Job Description

Position : Customer Support Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Interact with the Customer via messages, email, or online chat to provide quotes.
  • Utilize the transportation company’s portal to generate competitive quotes based on the customer requirements.
  • Understand the pricing structures, shipping options, and additional fees or charges to the customer.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fresher only.
  • Strong English in verbal & written.
  • Attention to detail in provided tasks
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solving.
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Effective communication skills in a professional manner
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
