Process Details :

  • 6 days working.
  • Rotational shifts & rotational week off.
  • Blended process.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries via calls and chats.
  • Provide Accurate and timely information.
  • Record and document customer interactions efficiently.
  • Coordination with internal departments if required to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • under-graduate/graduate both can apply.
  • minimum 6 months experience/freshers can also apply.
  • Good communication skills.
  • proficient in chat & emails writing.
  • should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
