Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive for our team. We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Qualification:

Graduation (with a valid certificate).

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Tamil, along with active listening skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer inquiries effectively.

* Basic computer proficiency.

* A strong customer service orientation focused on providing positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

* Initiate outbound calls for pitching inward/outward remittances, follow-ups, and promotional offers.

* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product information, transaction inquiries, and general queries.

* Actively listen to customer concerns and identify their needs to provide appropriate solutions.

Data Management:

* Maintain detailed call logs and reports according to company standards.

* Accurately record customer details, interactions, and issue resolutions.

* Update customer accounts with relevant information and ensure data integrity.

Sales Conversion:

* Convert leads into target-based sales.

Product Knowledge:

* Thoroughly understand the company's product line, features, pricing, and policies to accurately answer customer questions.

* Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and service changes.

Compliance & Quality:

* Adhere to established call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards.

* Monitor performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to guidelines.

* Participate in regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Escalation and Collaboration:

* Identify complex issues that require escalation to superiors.

* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
