Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our in-house operations team at our Basheerbagh office. The role involves managing customer queries, providing quick resolutions, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for our online customers across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and BlendLife’s official website. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Resolve order, delivery, and product-related issues with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate with warehouse, service, and logistics teams for timely resolutions. Record and maintain all communication in CRM or Excel systems. Assist in warranty claims, replacements, and after-sales support. Maintain excellent service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related fields (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Proficient in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus). Basic knowledge of computer operations, Excel, and WhatsApp Web. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage BlendLife’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
