Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our in-house operations team at our Basheerbagh office.
The role involves managing customer queries, providing quick resolutions, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for our online customers across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and BlendLife’s official website.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Resolve order, delivery, and product-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with warehouse, service, and logistics teams for timely resolutions.
• Record and maintain all communication in CRM or Excel systems.
• Assist in warranty claims, replacements, and after-sales support.
• Maintain excellent service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related fields (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Proficient in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, Excel, and WhatsApp Web.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Full-Time (In-Office) – Basheerbagh, Hyderabad
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
