Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location - Trichy

Experience - 1 - 2 years

Working Mode - Work from office

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other support platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Understand and stay updated on the companys products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or higher-level support staff.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents properly.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of customer service tools (CRM, ticketing systems).
  • Fluency in [English and any regional language as required].
  • A customer-first attitude with a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or call center roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and practices is advantageous.
