Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, who can manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with interview panels
  • Manage candidate pipeline, offer negotiation, and onboarding process
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and analytics
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand and talent pool

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support in performance management processes (goal setting, appraisals, feedback)
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
  • Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team
  • Provide data for HR reports and analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
