Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) (3 Months Contract) (Work From Home).

Eligibility - UGs (with minimum 6 month work exp on papers) and Grads (Freshers and Exp both)

Shifts - Rotational, 6 Days.

Salary - 18,400 (CTC per month)

Role & responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls:

  Professionally managing a high volume of customer calls, including both inbound calls.

• Customer issue resolution:

  Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions.

• Providing accurate information:

  Delivering clear, concise, and accurate information about products, services, and policies.

• Complaint management:

  Addressing customer complaints, determining the cause of issues, and developing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills In English+ Hindi are essential.

• Active listening skills:

  The ability to attentively listen to and understand customer needs.

• Problem-solving skills:

  The capacity to analyze issues, identify solutions, and resolve customer problems effectively.

• Customer service experience:

  Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment is often preferred.

• Empathy and patience:

  The ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and patience, especially when dealing with challenging situations.

Technical/System Requirements

• System:

  Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM

• Internet Speed:

  Minimum 50 Mbps

• Headset:

  Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation

• UPS:

  Mandatory
