TECH MAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR AUSTIALIAN AND UK VOICE AND CHAT PROCESS -EXPERIENCED

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process and Chat process
Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
