Handle inbound customer calls related to Air India flight reservations and travel support
Provide accurate information regarding booking, check-in, baggage, and other airline services
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely issue resolution
Update call logs and maintain records in CRM systems

Requirements:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO/Customer Support process (Travel process preferred)
Skills: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
Shifts: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
