Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound customer calls

    in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage

    NDR (Non-Delivery Report)

    calls and coordinate with courier partners for successful deliveries.
  • Respond promptly to

    customer emails

    and resolve queries related to orders, returns, and product information.
  • Engage in

    upselling and cross-selling

    of products during customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order status, payments, and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in

    e-commerce or beauty retail

    .
  • Proficient in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and email handling.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to upsell products.
