Responsibilities:

·        Collecting data points to understand a customer and their motivations better to tailor email content to that.·        Providing technical support to the clients whenever required.

·        Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, sales, and support. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, networking, and referrals.

·        Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

·        Maintain accurate records of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities in CRM.

·        Provide excellent post-sales support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·         Manage customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.

·        Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer inquiries and support needs accurately.

·        Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

·        Keep up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

·        Experience in SaaS IT products.

Email Support/ Chat support on CRM tool Like - HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Zoho, ETC.

Job timing: 2:00 Pm to 11:00 PM
