We are looking for a Distributor Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our distribution network. 📍 Location: Gurugram (Local candidates only)💼 Experience: 3 to 4 years💰 CTC: ₹4.8 – ₹6 LPA 🔹About the Role: As a Distributor Onboarding Specialist , you will be responsible for handling the complete onboarding lifecycle for new distributors. From initial documentation to system training and ongoing support, you will ensure a seamless transition onto the Kuberha platform. 🔹Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new distributors. Ensure timely completion of KYC, contract signing, system entry, and initial training. Act as the primary point of contact for new distributors during onboarding. Assist in resolving operational or technical issues faced by distributors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distributor success and satisfaction. 🔹Qualifications: 3–4 years of experience in FMCG, Telecom, SaaS Products, Billing Machines, or Retail Sales . Strong knowledge of retail operations and distribution processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in distributor management or onboarding.
