About the Role:

Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services in a professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, etc.) for order status, replacements, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel/Shopify.
  • Ensure follow-up with customers for query closure and feedback.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates with Madurai location preferred with age group of

    23 to 35

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer support/tele-calling/CRM handling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (added advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
