We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in core HR functions and will support various human resources initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support payroll processing by gathering attendance and leave data Organize and coordinate internal training sessions and HR events Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Support the HR Manager in executing various HR projects and initiatives Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with strict confidentiality Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll data. Handle HR operations including attendance, leave management, and compliance. Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback, training needs). Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment. Coordinate training & development sessions and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports (attrition, recruitment status, employee performance, etc.). Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making ability. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
