Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves troubleshooting and offering technical support to clients, addressing their concerns effectively, and maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
